Greetings! I hope this finds you well. If you are reading this, chances are you are searching for a realtor in the Nashville area and I would like very much to share with you my experience in finding a realtor and new home in Nashville. My husband and I placed some calls to a few other realtors and, much to our disdain, they didn't bother to return our e-mails or calls. The one that did just didn't have time to work with us. A friend recommended us to Darlene and I can't thank that friend enough, nor can I recommend someone better to you. Darlene is fantastic! She went out of her way to show us around town and really took the time to get to know us and to learn what it was we were looking for. More importantly, she found it for us! She has great knowledge of the city, of the surrounding areas and is more than happy to point out the positive or negative aspects of each area. Once we initially met with Darlene and she got to know us and got a feel for the things we liked and didn't like, she suggested some areas that might be in sync with those needs/desires. Then, she formulated a plan to take us around town, house by house, area by area. She would e-mail us a list of homes we were going to see before we saw them and an itinerary for the day. Darlene truly went above and beyond for us from the time we began looking to the time of the closing. She is pleasant to be around, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I don't recommend people often, but I highly recommend Darlene Norman to you if you are looking for a real estate agent.
